Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to check in, complete your client profile and prepare for your services.

scheduling
To ensure that your desired appointment date and time will be available, we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon & spa.

cancellation policy
Because your services are reserved especially for you, we require that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Selected services require full payment in advance by credit card or All About You Gift Card.

If you cancel or reschedule with a full 48 hour notice, there will be no charge, and if you made payment in advance, your full payment will be refunded.

If you cancel or reschedule with a full 24 hour notice, 50% of your service fees will be billed to you, or if you made full payment in advance, 50% will be refunded.

For less than a 24 hour notice, and for No-Shows, you will be billed 100% of your service fees, or if you made full payment in advance, none of that payment will be refunded.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards.

gift cards
Gift cards are a perfect year-round solution for any special occasion or thank-you. You may purchase our gift cards (at the salon or by phone) for any dollar amount. Gift cards are non-refundable, but they do not expire. You may also purchase gift certificates online. For more information and to purchase, visit our gift card page.

children & cell phones
To preserve our relaxing spa environment, our facility is reserved for adults. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the spa unless they are having services done. Also, please leave your cell phones and pagers turned off or at home.

about your spa visit
• Please leave your jewelry at home. We are not responsible for lost jewelry or other personal property.
• Create a custom spa experience! Choose any of our salon or spa services, or ask us to design a package just for you.
• If you have any medical conditions that we need to consider, please advise your stylist, technician or therapist.
• If scheduling more than one spa service, reservations and payment in full must be made using a major credit card or an All About You Gift Card.
